Before You Write To Us

Having the right details to hand means we can come back to you with a firm quotation instead of a range. If you can include the following, we will usually be able to price your enquiry the same day.

• Metal and finish — 925 sterling silver, brass with gold plating, or a vermeil specification.
• Stone type and size — moissanite, lab grown diamond, cubic zirconia, semi-precious or pearl, with the millimetre size you need.
• Target quantity per style — our standard minimums are thirty pieces per style in silver and fifty in brass, though we can discuss smaller trial runs for a first order.
• Your deadline — tell us the date you need the goods in hand and we will confirm whether it is achievable before you commit.
• Reference images — photographs, sketches or an existing sample all work. If you have a CAD file, send it across.

What Happens After You Send An Enquiry

We keep the process deliberately straightforward so you always know where your order stands.

1. Reply and clarification — within one working day, along with any questions we need answered to quote accurately.
2. Quotation — itemised by style, with tooling costs stated separately and clearly.
3. Sampling — custom samples are typically ready in about seven working days. We do not begin bulk production until you have approved the sample in writing.
4. Production — bulk runs generally take three to four weeks depending on volume and finish. You receive progress photographs at the casting and finishing stages.
5. Inspection and dispatch — every piece is checked individually, packed to your instruction, and shipped by DHL, FedEx, UPS or TNT with tracking supplied on the day it leaves us.

Trade Terms At A Glance

• Payment — 30% deposit to begin production, with the 70% balance payable before shipment. Letter of credit at sight is also accepted.
• Lead time — roughly seven working days for custom samples and three to four weeks for bulk production.
• Packing — standard opp bags, or custom boxes, pouches and branded cards if you prefer.
• Shipping — air express by default, sea freight on request for larger consignments.
• Samples — development work and first samples are provided without charge; the cost is credited against your bulk order.

Visiting Us

Buyers are welcome at our facility in Wuzhou, Guangxi. Wuzhou is roughly two hours by high-speed rail from Guangzhou and about three and a half hours from Shenzhen, with connecting flights through Guangzhou Baiyun or Nanning. Please give us a few days notice so we can arrange someone to walk you through the production floor and have relevant samples ready.
