    FAQs

Everything buyers ask us most often, answered plainly. If your question is not covered, write to us and we will reply the same working day.

Still unsure about something? Our team is happy to talk it through before you commit to an order.

    1. What kind of jewellery do you manufacture?

We produce in 925 sterling silver and in brass with gold plating. Stainless steel is available on request for specific programmes.

Stone options include moissanite, lab grown diamond, semi-precious material, opals, cultured pearls, cubic zirconia and crystals. Rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets and matched sets are all made in house.

    2. How much can you produce each month?

Current output runs between 90,000 and 100,000 pieces per month across both production lines. If your programme needs more than that, tell us early and we will schedule additional capacity around it.

    3. How long does a new design take to develop?

Allow one to two weeks from an approved sketch to a physical sample in your hand. Where the design is straightforward and the stone sizes are already in stock, we frequently beat that window.

    4. How long does bulk production take?

Bulk runs normally take three to four weeks after you approve the sample. Peak season — roughly September through November — can add a week, so it is worth booking your slot in advance.

    5. What is your minimum order quantity?

Thirty pieces per style in sterling silver and fifty per style in brass. For a first order we are often able to arrange a smaller trial run so you can test the market before committing.

    6. What payment terms do you accept?

Telegraphic transfer is our standard arrangement: thirty percent as a deposit to start production, with the remaining seventy percent settled before the goods are released. A letter of credit at sight is also accepted.

    7. How are orders packed?

Standard packing is individual opp bags. If you sell direct to consumers we can arrange custom boxes, pouches or printed cards carrying your own branding — just send us the artwork.

    8. How do you ship, and who pays the duty?

Air express through FedEx, UPS, DHL or TNT is our default because it keeps transit time short and tracking reliable. Sea freight is available for larger consignments. Import duty and clearance charges in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

    9. Can you produce from my own CAD file or drawing?

Yes. Send the file in STL, 3DM or STEP format, or a dimensioned drawing, and our CAD team will review it and confirm manufacturability before quoting. If anything needs adjusting for casting — wall thickness, undercuts, stone seats — we will tell you rather than quietly changing it.

    10. Do you supply certificates with the stones?

Moissanite and lab grown diamonds are supplied with matching stone certificates where the size and grade call for one. Test reports for plating thickness and nickel release are available on request for orders where your market requires documented compliance.

    11. What plating thickness do you use?

Our in-house plating line runs gold and rhodium finishes, with thickness agreed against your specification at the sampling stage. Because plating is done under our own roof we can reproduce the same colour and thickness on repeat orders rather than hoping an outside supplier matches it.

    12. Can you make a sample before I place a bulk order?

Always. We do not begin bulk production until you have approved a physical sample in writing. Development work and the first sample are provided without charge, and that cost is credited against your bulk order.

    13. How do you handle quality problems?

Tell us within thirty days of receiving the goods and send photographs of the affected pieces. Confirmed defects are remade or credited — whichever you prefer — and we will tell you honestly what caused them so it does not recur.

    14. Do you work with small brands and start-ups?

Regularly. A good share of our buyers began with a single style and a few hundred pieces. The three thousand plus designs we already hold tooling for are a cost-effective way to start a range without paying development fees.
